About 88 students of B.Sc, (Chemistry and Physics), and four faculties from Sri Akilandeswari Womens College, Vandavasi, Tamilnadu, visited CSIR-CLRI on 18th April 2023. The scientist of Leather Processing Technology, Biochemistry & Biotechnology and Inorganic and Physical Chemistry briefed them.
About 25 students (pursuing UG/PG, Biochemistry) and four faculty members from Life Science Department, King Nandhivarman College for Arts and Science, Thiruvannamalai District, Tamilnadu visited CSIR - Central Leather Research Institute on 20th April 2023. The students interacted with CSIR-CLRI Scientists/staff of Leather Processing Technology, Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Inorganic and Physical Chemistry, Polymer Science and Technology, Environmental Science and Engineering and Animal House. Students and faculty members found the visits very useful and highly informative.
