The facility was jointly unveiled by Shri Amardeep Singh Bhatia, IAS (Secretary, DPIIT) and Dr. (Smt.) N. Kalaiselvi (Secretary, DSIR & DG, CSIR), alongside Dr. P. Thanikaivelan (Director, CSIR-CLRI). This state-of-the-art facility establishes a primary objective of achieving complete self-sufficiency in design R&D to accelerate rapid Mind to Market innovations.
